Mark Gartland

Mark Gartland has a Bachelors degree from the University of Illinois, a Masters of Public Administration degree from DePaul University, and a Masters of Art in Teaching from National Louis University. He taught elementary school for seven years in Oak Park, Il. He has been an administrator at several Park Districts in Illinois, and an elected official for 8 years. He has worked with principals, administrators, and teachers, helping them make decisions about curriculum, reading materials, and professional development. He has worked with many different school boards and PTO’s, and has helped decision makers clarify their choices in a clear, educated manner.
